| This contract shall be construed and enforced under the laws of
the State of New York as though it were both made and to be fully performed therein. All
rights and remedies of the parties in any way related to their relationship, whether or
not arising out of this contract or the formation and scope thereof, and determinations as
to the extent to which such rights and remedies exist, are to be governed by New York Law.
BUYER agrees, subject to the provisions herein, to the jurisdiction of the
Courts sitting in Hampden County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts. |
