Our founder, Paul Peter Nicolai created Nicolai Law Group P.C. after more than a decade as Counsel at Friendly Ice Cream Corporation and Hershey Foods Corporation. He created a practice focused on delivering value through quality legal services rooted in understanding what the business needs. Today, Nicolai Law Group lawyers live this mission by understanding how their clients do business and using the law to maximize return by minimizing the risk they face and its disruptive effects.
