Caroline E. Nicolai

Caroline Nicolai has experience across a range of business law areas including corporate, contracts, construction, computer, intellectual property and taxation. She has a J.D. from Syracuse University and a Bachelors Degree in Political science from St. Michael's College.

Ms. Nicolai began her professional career as intern with Massachusetts State Senate Majority Leader as well as the City of Springfield Law Department. While in law school, Ms. Nicolai clerked for Kimpel, Gideon and Ventrone P.L.L.C. in Syracuse,NY. Since graduating with honors from Syracuse, she has served as an Attorney with Nicolai Law Group P.C.
